Searching for Service Member
Your appointment has been booked and we are in the process of pairing you with a Service Member. You’ll receive a notification once you're connected with a Service Member. If we are unable to find a Service Member on the day of your appointment we will reschedule the following day at 3pm.

My Service Member is late
There is a two hour arrival window from the time you set your appointment. You should receive a notification barring your Service Member is running late.

Inclement weather day of service
If your Service Member determines your lawn is too wet for service your appointment will be rescheduled to a later date of convenience.

Refund Process
Please allow 5 - 10 business days for refunds to process back to your bank account.

How do I apply my rewards
Your rewards are not automatically applied to your next appointment. To find your promotion code visit the rewards screen and copy the promotion code to apply at checkout. You can only apply one reward at a time during checkout.
